Welcome to TIO Tours UK
TIO Tours UK curates luxury football, culture, and lifestyle journeys that connect travelers from East Africa with the pulse of the United Kingdom. These Terms and Conditions explain how we operate, what you can expect from us and the responsibilities we both share when you reserve one of our bespoke experiences.
1. Booking your journey
Every itinerary is handcrafted. When you confirm a reservation you agree to the schedule, accommodation standard, inclusions, and pricing detailed in your personalized proposal. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure match hospitality, premium experiences and on-the-ground concierge support.
2. Payments
We accept secure payments in GBP, USD and key East African currencies via Stripe, PayPal, Wave Mobile Money, or direct bank transfer. Outstanding balances must be settled by the deadlines listed on your invoice to guarantee tickets, venue access and accommodation.
3. Changes & cancellations
We understand that travel plans can evolve. Should you need to adjust your journey, our team will make every effort to accommodate changes. Supplier fees or fare differences may apply. If you need to cancel, the refund schedule outlined in your itinerary will take effect.
4. Travel documentation
Guests are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, vaccination certificates, and travel insurance. We provide guidance and invitation letters on request, but the final approvals rest with the relevant authorities.
5. Safety & conduct
Your safety is paramount. We partner with vetted local specialists in London, Kampala, Nairobi, Zanzibar and beyond. We ask that guests respect cultural protocols, security briefings and stadium regulations at all times.
6. Liability
TIO Tours UK Ltd coordinates premium travel experiences. We are not liable for unforeseen delays caused by airlines, event organizers, public authorities, or weather events outside our control. Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
We are excited to welcome you to the TIO Tours UK community and look forward to designing a journey that celebrates the spirit of East Africa and the heartbeat of the UK.
